Jungle Cats Launching on DropZone

1. Jungle Cats DropZone launch:

DropZone Process Overview:

  1. When the DropZone pool opens, users deposit SOL to enter tickets in the lottery for an NFT allocation.
  2. Each winning ticket can claim a “Drop Box” token which represents one NFT allocation. Non-winning tickets claim back SOL.
  3. Each Drop Box token can then be redeemed on the project’s website to mint one original NFT from the project collection at random.

Eligibility and pool details:

  • Allocation will be determined by a lottery system.
  • Allocation for one winning lottery ticket: 1 Drop Box
  • Deposits for non RAY stakers will be capped at 6 SOL per user, equal to 3 tickets. RAY stakers will receive additional tickets
  • The pool will be open for 5 minutes
  • RAY stakers will receive bonus tickets for the Jungle Cats drop

How does it work?

  • Ray staking is not a minimum requirement to participate in the Jungle Cats launch on DropZone
  • All users will be eligible for a minimum of 3 tickets, or a total of 6 SOL, while RAY stakers will receive bonus tickets
  • Eligibility: At least 50 RAY staked in RAY single-sided staking prior to the 7-day staking deadline below and successful SOL deposit once the pool opens. RAY must remain staked until the pool opens.
  • Lottery tickets: 3 public allocation tickets in addition 1 ticket for every 50 RAY staked — up to a maximum of 2 bonus tickets. Staking more than 100 RAY will still receive a maximum of bonus 2 tickets.
  • 7-day staking deadline: October 13, 14:00 UTC
  • To reward longer term Raydium holders, users that are eligible for the 30-day deadline will receive additional bonus tickets on top of any received for the 7-day deadline.
  • Eligibility: At least 50 RAY staked 30 days prior to the 30-day staking deadline below and successful SOL deposit once the pool opens. RAY must remain staked until the pool opens.
  • Lottery tickets: 3 public allocation tickets in addition to 1 ticket for every 50 RAY staked — up to a maximum of 2 tickets, and 1 additional ticket for every 1,000 RAY staked — up to a maximum of 3 tickets. As such, users who stake RAY for 30 days will be capped at a maximum of 10 tickets.
  • Example: Alice has had 2,500 RAY staked before the 30-day deadline. She will receive 9 tickets — 3 for the public allocation in addition to 2 for the 7-day deadline 50 RAY max allotment, an additional 2 for the 30-day deadline 50 RAY max allotment, and 2 additional for each 1,000 RAY staked.
  • 30-day staking deadline: September 18, 13:00 UTC (snapshot already taken)
  • Alice deposits 18 SOL, her maximum, to ensure that all 9 of her tickets are entered in the lottery. Bob deposits 8 SOL even though he has 5 tickets. In Bob’s case, only 4 tickets will be entered in the lottery. Carol deposits 6 SOL, her maximum, to ensure that all 3 of her tickets are entered in the lottery.
  • Example: Alice has 4 winning tickets and will receive 4 Drop Boxes for 8SOL. Bob has 1 winning ticket for 2 SOL, finally Bob! Carol does not have any winning tickets, better luck next time, Carol.
  • Example: Alice claims 10 SOL for her 5 non-winning tickets, Bob claims his 6 SOL for his 3 non-winning tickets, and Carol also claims her 6 SOL for non-winning tickets after the lottery concludes. Alice claims her 4 Drop Boxes from Raydium and can immediately redeem her 4 Drop Boxes on the Jungle Cats website for 4 NFTs or choose to trade her Drop Boxes on Serum and allow someone else to claim.

2. Drop Box redemption for a Jungle Cats NFT:

  • After the DropZone lottery ends, users can claim their winning Drop Box.
  • Users can then navigate to the Jungle Cats website and immediately redeem their Drop Box for one Jungle Cats NFT.
  • Drop Boxes must be redeemed on the Jungle Cats website by October 20, 15:00 UTC.
